How was the number, 14,400 calculated?

People have filled Mackenzie Avenue and its sidewalks

The length of Mackenzie is .5 km= 500 Meter
The average width of the Mackenzie Avenue is
more than 16 M with sidewalks.

1 Meter is about 3 feets.

the total area ocuppied by the participants is

(500 Meters X 3 ft ) X (16 Meter X 3 ft ) =
72, 000 ft2 (Square feet)

The estimnated area ocuppied by each participant is
 5 square feets.

Total particpants is=
total area divided by the area occupied by each participant
 72,000 % 5 = 14,400 participant.
